I have worked in the fitness industry for 12 years and as a Personal Trainer for 11 years, I understand the barriers that people face when it comes to their health both mentally and physically. It is my job to break down these barriers and find solutions which work for you and your lifestyle.
My philosophy goes beyond your training in the gym or at home, I go through an extensive consultation so I can understand your lifestyle and what you are looking to achieve. Through this process we can identify barriers which could stand in your way, set measurable and realistic goals and put a plan together which fits your lifestyle and most importantly works for you in and out of the gym.
I have worked with a range of clients in my career, from clients looking to run a marathon, recover from injury, stress relief, sports specific, lose weight and fat loss. One thing everyone has in common is they would like to feel BETTER in themselves and that is what health and fitness is all about.

I am married with 2 children and understand time is precious when juggling your health, career and most importantly family. Unfortunately for most, as we become consumed in our careers and family, health usually takes a back seat. It is my mission to educate you on how you can take back control of your health and wellbeing. You don't have to spend hours in the gym, eat nothing but salads and meditate for 2 hours a day to take control of your health. By making educated decisions and training effectively you can master your health without a huge impact on your lifestyle.

I have always had a passion for fitness and helping people, so I decided to pursue a career in fitness. I started working as a fitness instructor at a privately owned Health Club called GL-14 before taking the leap as a self employed Personal Trainer. Working as a Personal Trainer has been very rewarding for me and I have been lucky enough to make life long friendships along the way. I have helped a range clients from losing substantial amount of weight to start IVF treatment through to coaching to compete in the Indoor Rowing Championships. I have coached clients through countless body transformations and have seen them achieve brilliant results. Supporting clients with their health and wellbeing has always brought me job satisfaction.
